Our Directors

Pam Amaral has been serving families and working with children in daycares for 25 years. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings extensive experience in teaching to administration and management. Pam adopts new programming through a creative hands on and faith-based curriculum that builds a critical foundation of learning while building positive values that help children succeed in school, life and beyond.

Degrees and experience do not tell the entire story. It is Pam’s love and passion for helping children learn and develop that makes her special. From the moment you meet Pam you will feel how friendly, warm and outgoing she is, especially with children and parents, as well as her team. You will see from the classrooms how well organized she is and you will appreciate her open and honest communication. Pam believes that integrity comes from a faith-based program that teaches positive values that clearly differentiates Waters Preschool. That translates right through the curriculum at Waters Preschool where your child will get the added benefit of learning how to treat people with care and respect along with creative learning.

“That does make us different” says Pam, “that deep belief in treating everyone with respect and love.  We care deeply about each and every child and their families. Our desire is to help them learn and succeed through hands-on creative learning that is tailored to your child’s success. We believe they will be successful in the classroom and beyond coupled with a strong foundation of moral values that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.”

Pam’s experience includes:

  • Director of Children’s Program, Waters Church, Norwood/North Attleboro, MA
  • Program Manager & Teacher, Next Generations Children Center, Walpole, MA
  • Licensed by State of MA Dept of Early Education & Care as a Director
